For standard delivery for Christmas we will need to receive your order by 12 noon on Thursday 20th December. For any orders that are placed after this time, can we suggest you contact us to confirm that we have the stock and get it delivered to you in time. It is likely that you will be charged a Special Delivery charge in the region of between £13.95 to £20.......

If your item is in stock, we will do our best to send out your order within 2 to 4 working days. In busy times it may take us a little longer. Depending how much it weighs, your order will go by Royal Mail second class or standard parcel, or by courier, in which case a signature will be required when you receive your parcel.

Couriers deliver Monday to Friday, Royal Mail deliver Monday to Saturday - if you know you are usually out during the day, you can ask us to send your parcel to a different address when you place your order.

This service should take between 3 to 5 working days, but can take slightly longer. Check with your local sorting office or a neighbour to make sure that your order isn't with them before contacting us.

Priority delivery
This is guaranteed to arrive faster - your order will be sent first class or by courier, and should arrive the next working day after we send it.

Overseas orders
Postage costs vary depending on the weight of your order and destination. Delivery time also varies but should not take longer than 2 weeks from when we send it.

Out of Stock Items
For out of stock items and special orders we will discuss with our suppliers their estimated delivery date and inform you via email or telephone.

In all cases, if it's going to be any longer than as above we'll let you know.

Shipping and handling costs
Delivery charges are £4.95 for standard shipping within UK, however many items you order. Items required urgently please inquire for 24 hour special delivery charges, provided items are in stock. We need to receive 24 hour Special Delivery orders by 12pm to guarantee next working day delivery. Next Day Guaranteed orders placed before 12pm on a Friday for delivery on a Saturday are subject to a £2.00 surcharge. For next day orders received on a Friday after 12pm or Saturday, these won't be despatched until the following Monday. Please allow for Bank Holidays as we aren't at work to pack and ship your goodies. For international and European orders, please contact us for further information.
