I emailed you last week to find out the status of the Wallaboo footmuff I ordered. I just wanted to say thank you for the quick reply and the help that was offered. The person I spoke to on the phone gave me all the details I needed. I phoned the delivery company and was able to pick it up so now my 4 month old daughter is more than cosy when we go out and about and I am really happy with the quality of the product. Thank you again for the quick response it meant I could get my item before xmas.

I just wanted to commend you on your excellent customer service. We were
contacted promptly to be informed of the slight delay in receiving two items
that were out of stock and offered alternatives to be shipped immediately if
we wished. Staff were polite and helpful and we would definitely use Dillon
