Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. We aim to despatch your order of in stock items within 2-4 days in the majority of cases and delivery will normally follow within a few days dependent on the delivery service chosen. During busy times, these lead times may be extended, therefore for urgent or important orders, please contact us or advise us on the delivery requirements section whilst checking out. For out of stock items and special orders we will discuss with our suppliers their estimated delivery date and inform you via email or telephone.
We will send small items by post and larger items by carrier. A signature will be required.
Delivery charges are £4.95 for standard shipping however many items you order.
We usually have your goodies ready to leave us within 2-4 working days. Standard delivery means that the transit time from leaving us is usually 3-4 working days. So expect to receive your order around 5-8 working days after you have placed it with us. International orders are generally received in under 10 days.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

You have a right to cancel your order for goods from the date of the contract and up to 7 working days, starting from the day after you receive the goods. We will return your money within 30 days of receipt of cancellation. You will have to pay the cost of returning the goods. If you do not return the goods as requested and we collect the goods from you we can make a reasonable deduction from the refund to cover the direct cost of collecting the goods. In the event that the items we despatched were heavy/palletised, we would need to charge for the original delivery of the order to you.
You lose the right to cancel a goods contract if:
The goods have been opened in a way that they cannot be resold to another customer
If the goods are faulty or different from what you ordered, you have 7 days from receipt of the goods to reject the goods for a full refund. We will provide a refund as soon as possible and at the latest, within 30 days of agreeing to give the refund.
These clauses will not affect your statutory rights.
